Co-hosted by Xunlei Limited and Geekbang Technology, the competition has attracted teams from Silicon Valley and many domestic startup firms. All the submitted projects were evaluated in terms of blockchain adoption, technology implementation, commercial value, creativity and product design.

While many other teams developed their ideas more specifically on blockchain technology application, Team Designer focused on the key technical issues of smart contract and produced a general-purpose blockchain development tool. The graphic tool helps users to generate and edit smart contracts, and provides formal smart contract verification and code security detection.

Featuring visualization design and automatic code generation, the tool facilitates users who are unfamiliar with programming to produce smart contract. The development of the tool also incorporates research findings from the Cloud Image Blockchain project of the Incas-lab.
