North Carolina State University introduced the 2010 North Carolina State University-Chinese CSC PhD scholarship program to Zhejiang University

On the afternoon of December 8th, Prof. Zhaobang Ceng, Director of biological information research centre, North Carolina State University, USA introduced the 2010 North Carolina State University-Chinese CSC PhD scholarship program to Zhejiang University.
Commonly known as NC State or NCSU, the University is the principal technological institution of the University of North Carolina system. The North Carolina General Assembly founded NC State on March 7, 1887, as a land-grant college. Its engineering was ranked 3rd in the country, with the 4th position in bachelor education and 18th position in research ability. According to Scientists, the application of the patent in life science was ranked 3rd in the country and generation and application of the patent was ranked 9th.
NC State is excepted to enroll some applicants of our university in the State-Sponsored Scholarship Program to receive doctor’s degree. Prof. Zhaobang Ceng gave a picture about the application program, language requirement and tution to the students. The attendants were full of the hall and the meeting became white-hot when the Q&A came. The whole exchange lasted for almost 2 hours.
